Procedures after Announcement of Mumbai University Merit List 2019-19
The Mumbai university will commence the counselling process after the publication of every merit list formed on the basis of the candidate’s performance in the entrance exam. The university will call the qualified candidates in the counselling sessions for the final selection of the courses offered by the university & its various colleges. The University counselling process will consist of the sequential process like:
- Reporting at the counselling venue
- The university will conduct a session of verification of Documents
- Verification of the candidates availing the concession or relaxation
- Choice filling session
- Submission of Admission Fee
- Final result of selected candidates
Instructions to be followed
Candidates have to report on the reporting counter as per the given schedule. Remember the reporting window/ counter will be open only for 30 minutes for students from the announcing time of the rank. The late candidates will not be allowed to take part in counselling schedule and they do not have any claim for the selected seat.
Documents will be verified of those students who clear the exam and make a place in the merit list. The documents would be educational and other important asked certificates.
